There’s a protective film covering the rubber back of your sticky, so it stays clean for your first use. Peel off this film and make sure the back stays dust-free. If the protective film has already been removed, check to see if there is any dust on the back. If so, clean the back with a slightly damp cloth.

Stick the sticky to a smooth surface. Thanks to vacuum technology, it adheres effortlessly to the wall. So make sure you position it perfectly straight, because once it’s on, it won’t slide anymore. Did you end up hanging it crooked after all? Peel it off with one hand—so you don’t damage the sticky —and reapply it. Keep doing this until it’s hanging perfectly straight 🙂

To clean our sticky products, use a slightly damp cloth and gently wipe the written surface. We also provide a special cloth and a small refillable spray bottle, which you can hang next to the sticky. This makes it easy to clean your planner or board so you can write new notes on it.

Please note: unlike with an old-fashioned whiteboard, you shouldn’t use a regular (dry) eraser. To make the board look brand new again, it’s important that the cloth is slightly damp. You can clean the back of your sticky products the same way: wipe them down with a slightly damp cloth.

No, they aren’t. Fortunately not, because then they would only stick to a steel surface, be extremely heavy, and either slide around easily or be impossible to move. Our sticky products do stick to steel surfaces, but not because of a magnetic field—they do so thanks to our innovative vacuum technology. This allows them to adhere perfectly to steel, as well as to other smooth surfaces such as smooth-painted wood, tiles, or glass.

Yes, that’s perfectly fine. In general, the ink from any erasable whiteboard marker can be removed with a cloth and a little water. Of course, we’ve tested all the brands of markers ourselves and always come back to one favorite: the Staedtler Lumocolor Non-Permanent 305 F and M. These markers are available in black, blue, red, and green. The markers dry quickly, and the organisch , water-based ink doesn’t smudge.
