It's busier than we had anticipated
We’re glad you placed an order with GreenStory—thank you very much. Your order is in our system and is in stock.
The start of the school year always keeps us busy. This year, it coincided with the launch of our new collection, and demand for it has exceeded our expectations. As a result, we’re currently processing orders within 10 business days.
We pack everything in the order in which orders are received, and we keep working until the backlog is cleared. The person who has been waiting the longest will be served first. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you’ll automatically receive an email with tracking information. You don’t need to do anything else.
