Vacancy: Customer Service Representative, 24 to 32 hours

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a friendly and professional handling of questions, complaints and orders. As a spider in the web you are responsible for flawless processing of orders and keeping customer data up to date. Does this sound like your next challenge? Then read on!
What will you do?
- Process orders: You will take orders via phone, WhatsApp, email and our web shop and process them accurately in our system.
- Customer Contact: You answer questions and complaints in a customer-friendly manner and ensure prompt resolution.
- Data Management: You keep customer and item data up-to-date.
- Problem Solving: You will identify and resolve daily problems with customers and suppliers.
- Provide support: You help colleagues with administrative tasks and actively think about improvements in our processes.
Who are you?
- Education: You have a MBO work and thinking level.
- Language Skills: Your command of Dutch and English is excellent, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer-oriented: You know how to satisfy and keep customers happy.
- Accurate: You work in a structured manner and do not make mistakes in order processing.
- Proactive: You see areas for improvement and actively contribute to working more efficiently.
What do we offer you?
- Salary: A starting salary between €2,350 and €3,350 (based on a 38-hour work week), depending on your knowledge and experience.
