A seamless ordering process

To ensure every package arrives safely, GreenStory asks for your first and last name, address, and city. GreenStory may use your phone number to contact you about your order, for example, if shipping takes a little longer than expected. We’ll email you to let you know the status of your order and send you the invoice. We’ll also use your email address to send you tips in the weeks immediately following your purchase to help you avoid common beginner mistakes. Prefer to do it yourself? No problem: you can always unsubscribe. Wondering how Greenstory remembers your preferences? Our website is smart: by saving your IP address, it shows you the products you added to your shopping cart last time.

Payment

You pay in a secure environment. When you pay by iDeal or via bank transfer, your details are stored in our records to link the payment to your order. When you pay by credit card, we send your credit card information from our secure environment directly to MultisafePay. They execute our credit card payments.

You can view, change or erase your personal information in your Greenstory Account, or email wecare@ourgreenstory.com for assistance. We also keep details of your previous orders so we can help you quickly. Pro tip: double check your address in your order confirmation email, because if your order has already been registered with PostNL, it is no longer possible to make a change of address.

Customer Service

You can contact us via social media, email, the chat box on the site, WhatsApp, or via a good old phone call. We always enjoy receiving messages and save them to ask you again in a week, for example, if it all worked out.

You talk, we listen

You can always contact us with a wild idea (indeed, the wilder the better!) or point of improvement. We will actively work with your feedback and get back to you. You may also be contacted by Greenstory to celebrate you being the very first to order a brand new product that we developed together with users (you're a frontrunner!) or to ask for feedback.

Send a gift

You can choose to have your order shipped to another address, such as directly to the birthday boy or girl. This shipping information will then be printed on the package.

A cookie with your tea

We store your online attributes in our Google Analytics for 26 months, during which time we may be able to use them for remarketing.

You can sign up for our newsletter using the form on our home page or by checking the checkbox in your shopping cart. Overflowing mailbox? No worries: you can always unsubscribe.

Reviews

When you post a review, we ask for your name and email address so we can thank you. Website visitors only see your name, of course.
