Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products after the fact, because the system finalizes the order immediately upon completion.

Ordered, but where is my order?

How annoying! It may be that the track & trace has landed in your spambox or maybe there is something wrong with the order internally and this has not yet been communicated to you.

Ordered, but I haven't received a Track & Trace yet

It’s possible that you might accidentally enter the wrong address. If that happens, your order may be delayed. Are you in this situation? Please feel free to contact us so we can work together to find a solution.

Have you already checked the Track & Trace with PostNL or DHL?

Once your package leaves our warehouse and reaches PostNL or DHL, we have little influence on its delivery. We do our best to ship your order within the promised processing time, but final delivery is up to the postal company. For the most up-to-date information about your delivery, please contact the respective postal company.

No Track & Trace received?

How annoying! Sometimes our emails accidentally end up in the spambox, so please check there just to be sure. You can also find your Track & Trace in the PostNL or DHL app (if you use those).

Order received, but I have a defective product

We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged or defective. If possible, please take a clear photo of the defect. Please feel free to contact us so we can find a solution.

Order received, product is not working properly

Sometimes a product may not work as expected. It’s also possible that we may not have communicated something clearly. Change order (not yet shipped)

Your order may be processed within a few hours. In that case, unfortunately, it will no longer be possible to change your shipping address or modify the products.
