The erasable Habit Tracker for GreenBook

I spent the past month testing the new habit tracker. It seemed incredibly useful to me for charting my habits. The habit tracker is a page you can click into your greenbook. This past month I tried it out and kept track of how often I practice yoga and whether I drink enough water every day. One page allows you to "track" 31 days, so you can track your habits for exactly one month. So you can follow different habits every month or the same habit(s) for a couple of months (among each other). You can also use different colors for different months. You can obviously let your creativity run wild! Setting goals Besides following your habits, you can also challenge yourself and set goals. For example, like I did with yoga. I set myself a goal to practice yoga at least once a week and tracked it through the tracker. It worked really well, because I could visually see in front of me if I succeeded in reaching my goal. It also felt like a real victory when I was allowed to color in one of those boxes on the erasable habit tracker. It was like a reward, even though it's only such a small thing. Insight This page gave me clear insight into when I drink enough water and when I don't. By holding the tracker next to your calendar at the end of the month, you can easily see if there are causes for the outcome. For example, I drank way too little on days when I was barely home. This shows that I simply forget to drink when I'm on the go. I'm really super happy with this addition to my greenbook. It's nice how you can go in so many different directions with this page. You can vary colors, number of habits or even goals and the time frame you track yourself. The page has a nice layout, the letters are easy to read and the space where you write your habit is spacious enough. I have nothing to comment on it at all and will enjoy using this page for a long time to come! About Marieke Hi, I'm Marieke. Plan sustainable projects with the Project Planner!

As a zero waster, I make every effort to have as little (disposable) waste as possible. That not only means not using disposable cups or plastic bags, but also trying to waste as few other resources such as paper as possible. The ideal solution - an erasable Project Planner from GreenBook! Zero waste The zero waste lifestyle is based on the principle of the 5Rs: refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle and rot. You can read all about this on our blog, Hetzerowasteproject.nl. With every choice I make, I try to score "as high on the ladder" as possible. That means I refuse disposable products and try to reuse as much as possible. "Per person, we use an average of 80 pounds of paper. Much of that is used for notebooks and notepads." Could do with a lot less of that! For planning my zero waste (as well as personal) projects, I found the ideal zero waste solution: an erasable notebook from GreenStory. From scattered pages to all-in-one Because I am quite chaotic by nature, it is essential for me to plan my projects and write down all my to do's. This way I can be sure that I don't leave anything out. That way I can be sure I don't overlook anything and it stays organized. Before, I always had five different notebooks, draft sheets and notes lying around on the back of a napkin, receipt or newspaper, but now I can easily put everything in one little book: Greenstory's erasable notebook. I decided to try out Greenstory's Project Planner add-on for my zero waste goals. This allowed me to get even more organized; in fact, the pages easily clicked into my notebook! On the left side of the page I can enter the date by which my to do (or must do) should be finished. Once I complete the task, I can color in the bullet. "Where I previously worked with super complicated schedules and systems, for me a simple to-do list still turns out to be the most useful." A notebook for a book project! Now that we are writing a book, we have lol tasks and to do's. In the erasable project planner from Greenstory, I list everything in an orderly fashion. I don't have to worry about forgetting my to do list, because since the project planner is in my 'general' notebook (which I always have in my bag!) I always have my projects with me as well. The nice thing is that you can easily change something if the schedule or task changes; simply wipe over the page with a damp cloth and write down your updated task. This way I never have to throw away a full notebook or buy a new one AND I can keep my projects nice and organized! About Jessie Jessie is, together with her sister Nicky, blogger at The Zero Waste Project .nl. She has been living zero waste since 2014. On the blog, Nicky and Jessie talk about how you can reduce your own waste without compromising on comfort, style or fun. Be happier: go zero!

Review: The diary that lasts for years

You've probably seen it pass by a lot, the Bullet Journal. A homemade journal that both organizes your notes and stimulates your creativity. Super fun I thought, because it combines two hobbies of mine: list-making and typography. Unfortunately, I have the classic doctor's handwriting and I am a born perfectionist. And that combination makes a Bullet Journal not work for me. At least, that's what I thought until I received the GreenBook! For some time I've had the desire to start a Bullet Journal. That's a homemade notebook where you keep track of your to-do lists and appointments in a creative and organized way. However, it was not for me, because I have the textbook of a doctor's handwriting and I am a born perfectionist. If I make a mistake, I prefer to tear out the page and start over. Let the GreenBook be the solution! New week, clean slate Keep your notes and scribbles and easily erase them as soon as the week is over or if, like me, you go crazy with writing mistakes and misplaced dots. A clean slate is made in no time with this little book! I categorize my notes using handy plan pages that come in a variety of types, including daily, weekly, monthly and yearly planners, to-do lists and grid and line pages. The pages are all available separately and are easy to take in and out of the booklet. I like the blank pages the best, because they really give my creativity free rein! I use these blank pages to create mood pages, such as my monthly goals or ideas for illustrations. I use the erasable weekly planner and fill it with my business and personal appointments. I also use my GreenBook to keep track of my and my son Olle's eating and drinking schedules. Very organized and approachable and this way I can be sure we both don't lack anything 🙂 Endless scribbling I love my GreenBook and can finally keep track of my own Bullet Journal, hooray! By the way, I am also incredibly curious to see how this product will develop further. For example, I would love to be able to buy a wide range of colored pens so that you can really turn your GreenBook into a note-taking party. ? In any case, the GreenBook is a great product that combines sustainability and creativity in a very promising way. I am a fan! You too? Sustainable student with erasable diary

erasable notebook with erasable monthly planner sheets laid flat on an antique wooden table

Sustainable student with erasable agenda "For some time now I have been working on transitioning to a zero-waste lifestyle. My bathroom is now pretty much plastic free and my focus has shifted to everything else in which I can become more sustainable. GreenBook is a huge help with that! Thanks to using this multi-purpose notebook, I use much less paper and the overview in my chaotic notes and calendar is back!" I had to-do lists everywhere, concoctions on scraps of paper. College notes on loose leaves when I forgot my notepad. And a paper diary in which I liked to scratch when an appointment fell through. Of course, notes can be taken just fine on a laptop and there are plenty of good calendar apps, but I still like writing and, according to many teachers and researchers, writing seems to be conducive to storing knowledge. In the lecture hall I tried the transition from paper to digital, but I was not really enthusiastic. With my zero-waste intentions, however, I couldn't do nothing. GreenBook is exactly the right middle ground in that regard; digital and writing are combined. GreenBook is made of sustainable materials and it combats paper waste! In addition, written notes are easily digitized with a handy app. Although I often take notes on my laptop during lectures, in the study group and during presentations I only use my GreenBook. Presentation notes and concoctions that are otherwise irrelevant can be wiped out in an instant after use. I write important deadlines, appointments and notes on the agenda page or digitize them so they are merged with my lecture notes. This way everything stays organized and I no longer use paper! The erasable hour planner agenda The hour planner is slowly but surely replacing my paper agenda. After this college year, I don't want to buy a new paper calendar anymore, but rather combine a digital one with the GreenBook hour planner. Since I find writing down plans physically nicer and easier than keeping track digitally, I transcribe my agenda items weekly into the erasable hour planner in my GreenBook. This way, I always have a physical and, above all, well-organized agenda at hand. When an appointment changes I no longer have to scratch it out, but can wipe it out. This way everything stays clear. In addition, the combination of time planner with further note space and to do list is perfect for a student (and non-students too, mind you!). I always have my GreenBook in my bag so I can always keep track of my notes and appointments. Who wouldn't want to do that in a sustainable way?
